Quick 'N Easy Stroganoff

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 package noodles

1. Brown ground beef and onion.  Drain grease.
2. Add mushroom soup and worcestershire sauce.  Mix well and let simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Mix in sour cream and stir well.
4. Serve over cooked noodles.  Great with peas.
