Parmesan Fettuccine

8 ounces uncooked multi-grain fettuccine

1/3 cup butter, cubed

1/3 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

1/8 teaspoon pepper


1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.


2. In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add fettuccine and stir until coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Toss to coat.


Ready in 20 minutes. Serves 4.
