Chicken Spaghetti

“This is a Southern casserole dish.”


4-6 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces

1 chopped bell pepper

1 onion chopped

1 can each cream of chicken and mushroom soup

1 can ro-tel tomatoes with green chilies

1 can stewed tomatoes

1 (16 oz) package spaghetti, cooked

cheddar cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350°.


2. Saute onion and pepper with chicken. Add soups and tomatoes. Cook on low until bubbling, then stir in chicken and spaghetti.


3. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes. 


Ready in 45 minutes. Serves 8.
