Mozzarella Rolls

These easy and delicious rolls are great with dinner or as an appetizer. Serve them with marinara dipping sauce.

Ingredients:
6 Rhodes Rolls, thawed and cut into four pieces
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Fold one cube of mozzarella cheese into each quarter of the Rhodes Roll. Roll gently into a ball. Dip each ball into melted butter and then parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet and let rise until double in size. Makes 2 dozen rolls.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
